We are delighted to now be recruiting for a full-time LGBT+ Independent Domestic and Sexual Violence Advisor (IDSVA), based in Devon.

The ‘Safer Rainbow Project’ is an exciting project formed to enhance the provision of domestic abuse and sexual violence support to LGBT+ people across Devon. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of this new role in the Safer Rainbow Project. 

In this role, you will support victims of domestic and/or sexual violence, with a focus on sexual health as well as providing trauma stabilization techniques for those who are experiencing complex trauma. You will manage a complex client load, providing help, support, and guidance to LGBT+ victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence. The role will encompass provision of direct support as well as advising and informing outside agencies through the delivery of training and networking.

The closing date for this application is NOON on Monday 20^th November 2023. We expect to invite shortlisted candidates for interview at our Exeter office on Monday 27^th and Tuesday 28^th November 2023.
