Our free and confidential helpline provides accessible, listening support and signposting across the Southwest region. You can get in touch with us just to talk about what’s on your mind, find out more about LGBT+ social groups and support in your area and get information about LGBT+ rights.
Our helpline maintains a directory of many community LGBT+ groups and organisations to help people access their communities.
The helpline is also the main route into our 1-1 Support and Advocacy work and other services.
