Family Pride Events – March 2024

We have lots of great Family Pride events coming up in March!

Saturday 16th March – Poetry at Killerton – 10:00am

We will be taking part in Killerton’s ‘Poetry Bomb’. Taking inpiration from the blossom, we will take photos and write short poems which will be displayed around the Killerton grounds later in the year! Entry to the house and grounds will be free as part of our group. Bring cameras or smart phones, note pads and pens, and let’s get creative!

Saturday 16th March – Cardinham Woodland Walk – 10:30am

We will meet at 10:30am with a plan to set off for a walk on the Lady Vale trail at 11am – the trail is roughly 1.7 miles (2.75 km).

Dogs are welcome to come along and enjoy the fresh air. It could be a chilly day so bring along some layers in case you need to wrap up warm and bring your wellies for puddles!

There is a café available on site to purchase refreshments and families are welcome to bring their own food/drink. Details of a meeting point will be emailed to attendees prior to the event.

Saturday 23rd March – Science Week at Intercom Plymouth – 1:00pm

Budding scientists, assemble! Run by an ex science teacher, there will be plenty of opportunities for young people to have a play with everyday items and carry out small experiments!
