We have brand new Family Pride events coming up in June!
Tate St Ives Art Workshop – Saturday 15th June – 10am
Join artist Susanna at Tate St Ives for a fun beach art workshop, as we make art outside inspired by the wonderful seaside environment of Porthmeor Beach. We’ll then spend time exploring the galleries together and enjoy some fun activities inspired by our summer exhibition.
Family Pride at Plymouth Pride – Saturday 22nd June – 1pm
For Plymouth Pride, we will have a space at Central Park following the march for families to come and meet each other. We will have craft activities that you are welcome to drop in and out of as you explore what else is on offer during the day.
House of Marbles – Saturday 29th June – 1.30pm
Join us for a fun afternoon out at House of Marbles. They have lots on offer including marble runs, animated animals, fairground mirrors, penny press and our giant floating marble.
Family Pride Events
Family Pride events are simply about finding each other, having some fun, and boosting parent and child confidence. Parents and carers can have time together. Children and young people can have time together. Or you can just have a cuppa and soak up the atmosphere.
LGBT+ Families
An LGBT+ family may contain one or more parents who identify as LGBT+ and/or one or more children who identify as LGBT+.
