Isca Apollo FSC was founded in 2018 with the aim of providing a fun, welcoming environment in which the LGBTQ+ community could play football in and around Exeter. We are still fairly new and have recently launched our new membership where we have over 25 members so far and get on average 18 to our training session each week.
We train on Wednesday at West Exe School, welcoming all newcomers, and play matches against other LGBT-friendly teams entering tournaments throughout the year across the UK.
It’s not just about football, though. There’s a great social side to the Isca family and you’ll be made to feel very well over a post-training pint or at one of our monthly social events.
As a team, we attend all the local pride events throughout Devon and do as much as well can for the LGBTQ+ community and diversity events.
