Intercom is launching an Urgent Client Fundraising Appeal to support an LGBT+ asylum seeker to remain in the UK.

The case for our client is particularly stark. If our vulnerable client is returned to their country of origin, they will be killed. We need to ensure that we have done everything humanly possible to protect their life and secure their future here in the UK.

This will be the first time we have ever asked for donations for an individual client. She is an amazing woman who deserves to live her life without trauma and fear in safety here in the UK.

Every single penny we raise through this appeal will go directly towards strengthening our client’s case.

“This client has suffered so much abuse, violence and trauma because of her sexual orientation. Our client’s aspirations are to be able to live as her authentic self in safety, and pursue a career in nursing. We want to help her achieve her dreams and be supported in our communities.”
