Intercom Trust has made the considered decision to withdraw our presence from Twitter/X and archive our page with immediate effect. This is in response to the ongoing platforming of transphobia, homophobia, misogyny and racist voices on the website, and the recognition that the platform is one that no longer aligns with our organisational values.

As a community-led and client-centred charity that works towards real equality for our LGBT+ communities, we cannot in good conscience support a platform that contributes towards societal discord and false information.

We encourage our communities to connect with us through our alternative communication channels, such as our website, Instagram and Facebook channels, and via our Helpline.

We thank you for your understanding and support, and reaffirm our commitment to champion the safety and equality of our communities across the South West.
