Farewell to Andy Hunt, CEO of Intercom Trust

After 20 fabulous years at Intercom Trust, our CEO Andy Hunt will be stepping down in June to begin a new chapter in his life.
When he first joined Intercom Trust, Andy worked with just 75 clients across Devon and Cornwall. Last year alone, we supported over 4,000 people,  a powerful reflection of Andy’s vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment to building a more inclusive and compassionate South West.
True to form, Andy is moving on to pursue new interests that reflect his curiosity and energy, including an enthusiasm for dog psychology alongside focusing on personal matters following the flood at his home earlier this year.
While he may be stepping away from his role as CEO, he is very much leaving on good terms and will continue to work with Intercom Trust through training and consultancy.
Throughout his time with us, Andy has brought passion, determination, and a relentless drive to improve outcomes for our communities. His leadership has shaped Intercom Trust into the organisation it is today, and his impact will be felt for many years to come.
To borrow one of Andy’s favourite phrases: life has never been boring! and we have no doubt that whatever comes next in his life will live up to that sentiment.
On behalf of the Board of Trustees and all staff at Intercom Trust, we would like to thank Andy for everything he has given to the organisation and wish him every happiness and success in the future.
