Transparent Presence CIC is a transgender and non-binary support group in Cornwall which aims to build confidence and well-being through coming together to provide guidance. We specialise in supporting parents and families, recognising that everyone has their own journey to take and deserves to have this validated.
We meet on the first Monday of each month in St Austell to provide a space for adults to come together, building strength through shared experiences and friendship. There are additional opportunities across Cornwall to get together for walks, beach meets and other experiences. We also run monthly workshop sessions for children from 8 – 13 who are gender diverse or have gender diverse parents. The Transparent Presence CIC Ally Scheme signposts ‘safe spaces’ for the LGBTQ+ community. We accept nominations from the community and from businesses themselves via our Facebook page or website.
