We are in the early stages of setting up a network for LGBT staff and those with an interest in LGBT issues and would be glad to hear from you if you want to join us.
The intention is that this network will help LGBT staff socialise in a safe environment as well as develop a list of resources that can be referred to when help is needed.
Having a group that can talk to the Trust and to whom the Trust can talk to about LGBT matters is also important.
Hopefully the network can also lay on interesting events to raise awareness and support the erosion of any barriers to recruitment, development and promotion.
