This engagement session will be hosted by Intercom Trust and will offer LGBT+ people the opportunity to discuss the areas outlined below and any challenges or concerns they may have.
Devon & Cornwall Police are keen to hear your views on:
- How they can better engage with the LGBT+ communities
- How to tackle homophobia, transphobia & biphobia within Devon/Plymouth and Cornwall
- How to better promote existing hate crime reporting mechanisms
- What potential reporting systems might better meet the needs of the LGBT+ communities
- How to encourage more LGBT+ people to report hate crime
- How they can improve and get things right first time
- How to get key information out to the LGBT+ communities
