We appreciate what an uncertain time this is for people and we recognize how important it is for us to continue being a vital contact for those members of the LGBT+ community that may need to speak to us.
The Intercom Trust team has been working hard to ensure that, during this time, there is as little disruption as possible to our services and that we will continue to be available to those that need to contact us.
Contacting the service
Staff are working remotely, so please bear with us whilst we implement these arrangements over the coming days. During this time we are not able to respond to phone calls, so if you need to contact us:

Counselling
Our Face to face counselling is currently suspended. If you are receiving counselling from us please do not come to the building; your counsellor will be in touch soon to discuss arrangements.
Our conference
Our Gender Identity conference that was due to take place on 23rd March has now been postponed and we hope to make arrangements with regards a new date as soon as we can. Groups and Family Days
Any groups or Family Days that are run by Intercom Trust or from premises belonging to Intercom Trust are currently suspended until further notice.
